Delete your account

For the House Management app by OwnerTenant (Android package in.ownertenant.app).

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your House Management account and the personal data we hold for that login. This is the account-deletion URL shown on Google Play.

Steps to delete your account

1. Cancel any active Google Play or App Store subscriptions for House Management in your store account settings (if you subscribed).
2. Enter the email address you use to sign in to House Management.
3. Enter the date of birth saved on your profile (same value used to verify it is you).
4. Confirm that you understand deletion is permanent, then submit the form below.
5. You will see an on-screen confirmation when deletion succeeds. After that you can no longer sign in with that email.

If your date of birth is not on file, or verification fails, email support@ownertenant.in from your account email and include your full name and date of birth. We process email requests within 30 days.

What we delete

• Sign-in credentials (email/password and social login access for this account).
• Personal profile details (name, phone, address, date of birth, profile photo, and similar fields).
• Member profile personal fields linked to your login (where applicable).
• Active app access / relationships tied to your login (marked inactive or deleted).

What we may keep (and for how long)

• Property / bill / operational records that other estate members still need (for example rent history for a house you managed) may remain for up to 30 days after account deletion for backups, dispute resolution, and orderly hand-off, then are removed or anonymized where feasible.
• Store purchase / subscription records retained as required by Google Play, Apple, or applicable tax and accounting rules (typically up to the period required by law — often several years for invoices, not used for marketing).
• Security / deletion audit logs (email hashed or stored with request time and outcome) for up to 12 months to prove we handled your request.
• Data we must keep under legal obligations (fraud, abuse, or lawful requests) until that obligation ends.
